Behind the Map
Two perspectives. One practical approach to helping you find where you belong.
We came to astrocartography from different directions. Victor brings a background in data analysis, pattern recognition, structured interpretation, and a focus on what the numbers actually say. Jules spent years studying traditional astrology and locational techniques, developing an intuitive approach grounded in real client experience.
Together, we built a proprietary interactive map tool and refined a reading process that combines both perspectives. After completing over 500 readings, we've developed a method that's both data-driven and personally tailored to each client's situation.
Our approach is practical: we give you clear city recommendations based on your goals, not vague interpretations. Whether you're weighing a relocation, planning a trip, or just curious about why certain places feel different, we translate the astrology into guidance you can actually use.

How do we actually read your chart?
Every reading goes through the same six layers. We share the process so you know exactly what informs the recommendations you receive.
Birth chart first
Before we touch the map, we read your natal chart: your rising, chart ruler, planetary placements, and the dominant patterns. The map is a projection of this chart. If we miss what your chart is actually about, the map becomes a guessing game.
Planet + angle, not planet alone
Each planet draws four lines on the globe — Midheaven (MC), Imum Coeli (IC), Ascendant (AC), Descendant (DC). The angle matters as much as the planet. Venus on the MC is about career beauty and visibility. Venus on the DC is about partnership. We read each line at its specific angle, not as a generic Venus line.
Distance from the line
A line crossing through your city tends to feel strong. A line 200 kilometers away whispers. We measure distance in kilometers from each planetary line and weight our reading accordingly. We won't recommend a city on the strength of a faint line.
Crossings and parans, when they matter
Some of the strongest activations happen where two lines cross (a paran). We surface these when they show up in a city we're evaluating. They often explain why a place feels electric (or heavy) in a way a single line doesn't.
Relocation chart as a second layer
For deeper reads we cast a relocated birth chart, the chart you would have if you'd been born in the city you're considering. This is a second pass that catches angle shifts the world-map view alone can miss.
Personal context and free will
The chart describes tendencies. You make the choices. We name what your chart inclines toward in a given place, never what you must do. The reading exists to give you better information for a decision that's yours.
Three Pillars
Three pillars guide every reading we deliver.
Personalized Insight
Your chart is unique. We don't offer generic interpretations. Every reading is tailored to your specific planetary placements and life goals.
Clear Guidance
Astrocartography isn't about telling you where to go. It's about giving you the information to make confident, informed decisions.
Practical Application
Whether you're considering a major move or planning a meaningful trip, we translate astrological data into actionable recommendations.
