These terms cover astrocartoreadings.com and everything we sell on it. By buying a reading, or by using the free tools on this site, you agree to them. They are written to be read, not to be survived, so if anything here is unclear, email us and we will explain it.
Who you are buying from
This site is operated by WEYL ENTERPRISE IT CONSULTING LTD (registration number ΗΕ 457371), a company registered in Cyprus at Gladstonos 12-14, 8046 Paphos, Cyprus, trading as “Astrocarto Readings” (“we,” “us”). The readings are written by Jules and Victor.

What we sell
A reading is a written report, prepared by hand by two astrologers from your exact birth date, birth time and birth place, and delivered to you as a PDF by email. It is yours to keep.
Every reading page and every checkout summary states what that reading includes, what it costs, how long it takes, and how many follow-up questions come with it. Those statements are the commitment. This page deliberately does not repeat them, because the offers differ and a copy of the numbers here would eventually be the wrong copy.
Nothing is automated. No generator writes your report, which is the reason it takes a day or more rather than a second.
What a reading is not
An astrocartography reading is a tool for reflection, not a verdict and not a prediction. It maps tendencies in a chart. It does not tell you what will happen, and it cannot promise an outcome in a place.
It is not medical, legal, financial, psychological or professional advice of any kind, and it is not a substitute for any of those. For those, please speak to a licensed expert. You are responsible for the decisions you make after reading it.
You must be 18 or older to buy a reading.
Where we sell
We sell into the United States. We do not offer these services to people in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, and we do not accept orders from there.
Ordering and payment
Payment is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Prices are shown in US dollars and include any tax we are required to pay on the sale, so the amount at checkout is the amount you pay. Stripe may display the total in your local currency at the exchange rate it applies.
Your order exists once your payment succeeds. At that point you get a confirmation and a link to the intake form.
We may decline an order. If we do, we refund it in full and tell you why.
Your birth details, and why they matter
The reading is built from the details you give us on the intake form: your birth date, your birth time, your birth place, and your answers to the reading questions. We cannot begin without them.
A birth time that is off by an hour changes the chart, and therefore the reading. We work from what you give us and we cannot verify it. If you notice a mistake, tell us: before delivery we correct it and carry on, and after delivery see the refunds section below.
Delivery, and what happens if we are late
The delivery window for your reading is stated on the offer page and again in your checkout summary. It is counted in calendar days from the moment your payment succeeds, which is the same clock the confirmation page shows you.
We need your intake answers to do the work. If you submit the form later, the window runs from when we receive your answers rather than from when you paid.
If we are going to miss the window, we email you and say so. You then choose: wait for the reading, or ask for a full refund and we pay it back. You do not have to argue for it, and asking does not depend on how late we are.
Readings are delivered by email. If your address bounces or the report lands in spam, write to us and we will send it again.
Refunds and cancellations
Before we start writing
If after reading your intake form we believe we cannot help you, we tell you and refund you in full before any work begins. If you change your mind before we have started writing, ask us and we refund you in full.
If we miss the delivery window
A full refund on request, as described in the delivery section above.
After the reading is delivered
We do not refund a delivered reading. It is written for one person from one chart, it cannot be returned or resold, and by the time it reaches you the work is done.
What we do instead: the follow-up questions included with your reading are there to be used, and we answer them properly. And if the report is wrong on the facts, because we used the wrong birth details or read the wrong place, tell us and we correct it and send it again at no cost.
How to ask
Email [email protected] from the address you bought with and tell us what you want. We reply within 48 hours. Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, through Stripe. Your bank usually posts it within 5 to 10 days.
If something has gone wrong with your order, please write to us before disputing the charge with your bank. We would rather fix it than have it settled by a payment processor.
What you may do with your reading
Your report is yours. Keep it, print it, read it for the rest of your life, show it to the people it concerns. We keep the copyright in the writing itself, which means you may not resell it, republish it, or present it as your own work.
We use your name or your words publicly only if you give them to us as a testimonial. Your reading is not published anywhere by us.
The free things on this site
The quiz, the free map and the free guide are given as they are. They are genuinely free and there is nothing to refund, so what follows is a description of how they behave rather than a set of promises.
The free map is limited to three maps per email address in any 24 hours. Each map is a page on our own server, kept for 7 days and then deleted. Anyone who has the address can open it while it exists, so treat the link as the key. The free guide download link works for 24 hours, and if it expires we will send you another.
We may change or withdraw the free tools at any time. Paid readings already ordered are unaffected by that.
We email you about your order: the confirmation, the intake link, your reading, and anything we need to ask to write it. Those are part of the service and they are not marketing.
We send marketing email only to people who asked for it, and every one of those carries an unsubscribe link that works immediately. Unsubscribing stops the marketing email and never the email about your order.
Prices and changes to the site
We change our prices and our offers from time to time. The price you paid is the price of your order, whatever happens afterwards. The terms that apply to your order are the ones in force on the day you paid.
The site and the free tools go down occasionally, as sites do. We do not promise uninterrupted availability of anything on it.
Our responsibility
We are responsible for delivering the reading you bought, in the form described on the page you bought it from, within the window stated there, and for the remedies set out above when we fall short.
Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything connected to a reading is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for the decisions you take after reading it, including moves, relationships, work or money. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If you are a consumer, this does not take away any protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of the place you live.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we update this page and the effective date at the top. A change never applies backwards to an order already placed.
